Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes apricot jell-o (3 oz.), 3/4 c. sugar, 2/3 c. water, 2 jars apricot baby food (4 oz.) or 1 junior size and 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine sugar, Jell-O and water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Dissolve sugar and Jell-O.
Remove from heat and stir in fruit, pineapple and apricots.
Set aside to cool.
Combine milk and cream cheese.
Beat until it is smooth.
Then stir in Jell-O mixture and nuts.
