Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 c. cold water, 1 (20 oz.) can undrained, crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine Jell-O, water and pineapple and boil gently together for 10 minutes.
Add cream cheese as soon as you remove boiling mixture from heat.
When cooled and beginning to thicken, add celery and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour mixture into ring or mold and chill thoroughly.
