Made with 2 small presweetened apricot or orange jello, 1 can seedless apricots, 1 large pkg. cream cheese, 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice of 1/2 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add softened cream cheese to dry jello slowly.
Add hot water. Put apricots (with juice) into blender; purΓ©e, adding lemon juice.
Fold in pineapple (with juice).
