Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 cans seven-up, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 can of hot Seven-Up.
Add the other can of Seven-Up when Jell-O is dissolved.
When Jell-O thickens, add sour cream, pineapple and pecans.
Coat dish with salad dressing. Pour into dish and refrigerate to congeal.
