Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained), 3 oz. apricot jello, 1/4 c. sugar, 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream dry jello with cream cheese.
Bring sugar and pineapple to a boil; add to jello mixture and mix well.
Add cold water and chill until it begins to set.
