Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes apricot jello, 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. water, 2 small jars apricot baby food and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring to a boil the jello, sugar and water.
Add baby food, pineapple and juice from pineapple.
Set aside to cool.
Mix milk, cream cheese and nuts.
Combine with first mixture.
Pour in large mold or 9 x 13-inch dish.
Refrigerate until time to serve.
