Apricot Nut Bread
Apricot Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. cut-up apricots, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour boiling water over cut-up apricots.
Add sugar and butter (let cool).
Add egg, vanilla, flour, soda, salt and nuts.
I use spoon to mix.
Cook at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
