Apricot Nectar Salad
Apricot Nectar Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small c. apricot nectar, 1 small pkg. orange jello, 1 small c. crushed pineapple (with juice), 1 small pkg. cream cheese and 1/2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put nectar in pan and bring to a boil.
While still hot, add jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Let set until it cools for a time and then add pineapple with juice, nuts and crumbled cream cheese.
