Apricot Nectar Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 2 sliced bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat 1 cup nectar.
Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add remaining nectar and pineapple, undrained.
Cool until slightly thickened.
