Apricot Nectar Rum Cake
Apricot Nectar Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 3/4 c. apricot nectar, 1 box yellow cake mix and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix eggs, oil and apricot nectar.
Add cake mix.
Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until done.
In a small pan, melt margarine, sugar and rum.
As soon as cake is done, remove from oven and pour rum mixture over cake.
Allow to cool one hour before removing from pan.
Serves 16.
