Apricot Mousse
Apricot Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 3/4 c. sugar, 2 small jars apricot baby food and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix Jell-O, pineapple and sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Add baby food and cool.
Then whip the milk and combine.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish, greased with oleo.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, cut into squares and place on a lettuce leaf.
