Apricot Liqueur
Apricot Liqueur is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (11 oz.) pkg. apricots, 1 c. sugar and 2 c. vodka, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put all ingredients into a 1-quart glass covered container. Cover tightly.
Invert container once a day for 3 weeks.
Remove apricots and save. Strain liquid until clear and place in a glass bottle. Apricots may be frozen to munch on or served with liqueur. Great for the holidays.
Yields 1 pint.
