Apricot Jello
Apricot Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello, 1 junior size jar strained apricot baby food and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat all ingredients until almost boiling.
Cool and chill until syrupy but not jelled.
Whip chilled evaporated milk in large mixer bowl.
Then on slow speed, add syrupy mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into pan or bowl.
Chill.
