Apricot Delight
Apricot Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 c. powdered sugar, 40 cream filled chocolate cookies, ground into fine crumbs and 1 large can apricots, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put dessert together in the following order: half of the cookie crumbs, all of the sauce, half of the whipped cream, half of the nuts, all of the apricots, remaining nuts, whipped cream and cookie crumbs. Makes 12 servings. This freezes well.
