Apricot Cake
Apricot Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon supreme cake mix, 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. apricot nectar and 1/2 c. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients.
Use a tube cake pan.
With solid shortening, grease pan.
Then lightly flour the pan.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 40 minutes or until cake leaves side on pan.
Be careful not to overbake this cake and dry it out.
Use toothpick test after 35 minutes.
