Apricot Cake
Apricot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. wesson oil, 3 eggs, 2 small jars baby food apricots and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend sugar, oil and eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add to oil mixture alternately with baby food apricots. Fold in pecans.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours (start in cold oven) at 325Β°.
While cake is warm, drizzle Apricot Glaze on it.
