Apricot Bread
Apricot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. dried apricots, soaked for 1/2 hour with boiling water, 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add water to juice of orange to make 1/2 cup.
Drain apricots. Grind raisins and apricots, combine and fold into batter.
Bake for 60 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 1 loaf.
