Apricot Bread
Apricot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dried apricots, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 beaten egg and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak apricots in warm water for 30 minutes.
Drain and cut into pieces.
Sugar and margarine. Add egg, water and orange juice.
Ingredients together.
Stir into the batter with apricots.
Pour into a 10-inch Dutch oven and let stand for 20 minutes.
Bake for 70 minutes.
