Apricot Bars
Apricot Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, melted, 1 c. sour cream, 2 c. plain flour, 1 large jar apricot preserves and coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together the margarine, sour cream and flour.
Divide into 4 parts and chill until firm.
Roll each part out separately. Spread with preserves, coconut and pecans.
Roll up into a roll and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Slice while still hot, but not as soon as you take them out of the oven.
Approximately 15 minutes cooling time needed.
