Apricot Bars
Apricot Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. light brown sugar, 1 1/4 c. quick oats (dry) and 3/4 c. margarine (1 1/2 sticks), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, baking powder, brown sugar and oats.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Put 2/3 in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan, spread with apricot preserves and cover with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
