Apricot Bars
Apricot Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. rolled oats and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir dry ingredients.
Stir in oats and sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Pat 2/3 of crumbs into an 11 x 7-inch pan.
Spread with preserves.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes. Cool.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen bars.
