Applescotch Crisp
Applescotch Crisp is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. georgia apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 1/2 c. margarine, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Spread apples in bottom of pan; dot with margarine.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over apples.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl.
Add oil and eggs, mixing by hand until smooth (batter will be thick).
