Applesauce Raisin Cookies

Cream the butter and sugar.
Stir in egg.
Sift together the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with applesauce.
Add oats and blend well. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons onto well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
