Applesauce-Nut Cake
Applesauce-Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. supermoist yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 c. raisins, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all ingredients in ungreased oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, with fork, scraping corners frequently, until moistened.
Stir batter vigorously with fork 1 minute; scrape sides with rubber spatula.
Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake until top springs back when touched lightly in center, 34 to 40 minutes.
Cool; loosen cake from sides.
Cut and serve directly from pan.
