Applesauce-Ginger Ale Gelatin Salad
Applesauce-Ginger Ale Gelatin Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. gelatin (strawberry, grape or lime), 1 1/2 c. hot water, 2 1/4 c. applesauce, drained and 1 1/2 c. ginger ale (may use 7-up or lemon lime soda), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Stir in applesauce.
Slowly pour ginger ale down the side of the bowl.
Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or mold.
Chill overnight to congeal.
