Cream butter and sugar until well blended.
Add egg and applesauce and blend well.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices.
Add raisins and rolled oats to flour mixture.
Blend creamed and flour mixtures well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
