Applesauce Cake

Grease and flour an 8 or 9-inch tube pan.
Measure ingredients into a large mixer bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed scraping bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into pan. Bake approximately 50 minutes.
