Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 2 c. applesauce, 4 c. flour and 2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream the shortening and sugar. Add applesauce. Beat in eggs. Sift all dry ingredients. Coat nuts and fruit with 1 cup dry ingredients. Add to wet mixture.
Mix easily. Stir in rest of dry ingredients.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350Β°.
