Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. applesauce, 2 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, baking soda, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

To applesauce, add soda, spices and sugar and mix well. Blend in salt flour.
Add raisins and nuts. Stir in melted butter last.
Line a 9-inch tube pan with waxed paper and grease.
Batter into pan. Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for about minutes or until done. Store cake in a cake keeper for about a week before cutting.
