Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 c. applesauce and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream shortening and sugar together. Mix all ingredients but applesauce and baking soda into sugar mixture. Dissolve baking soda in applesauce and stir until frothy. Blend mixture with rest of ingredients and stir by hand.
Place in a Bundt cake.
Bake at 325Β° for about 50 minutes.
