Applesauce Bread
Applesauce Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, allspice and cloves; set aside.
Combine oil and sugar.
Beat until well blended.
Beginning and ending with dry ingredients, add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce to sugar mixture.
Fold in nuts, raisins and coconut.
Pour in a greased 9 x 5-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes on a rack.
