Applesauce
Applesauce is an easy dinner. Made with 8 apples, 1/2 c. water, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash, peel and cut the core out of the apples.
Add water and salt.
Cook in a covered pot until the apples are soft.
Put in sugar while the apples are still hot.
Let it simmer in a pan until the sugar is all melted.
Add cinnamon for taste.
Serves 8.
