Heat pineapple and juice.
Add jello; dissolve.
Add sugar. Heat and stir until very hot.
Refrigerate until set.
Add lemon juice to very cold evaporated milk.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in pineapple mixture.
Pour in pie shell and cool.
