Apple-Wich
Apple-Wich is an easy dinner. Made with 1 apple (skin on), 2 tbsp. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. raisins and 1 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut 2 wedges from each side of apple (on either side of core). Mix all ingredients.
Spread them on the exposed parts of each apple wedge.
Now close apple.
At school, your child can open the "apple-wich" and eat each half separately.
(Apple won't turn brown since the exposed parts are spread with filling.)
