Apple Walnut Supreme Cake
Apple Walnut Supreme Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. coarsely chopped, peeled apples, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine apples and sugar; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, oil and vanilla; then beat 1 minute at medium speed.
