Apple Turnovers

Cream butter and cream cheese.
Work in flour, sugar and salt. Blend until smooth. Chill until firm.
Roll dough very thin, then cut into 5-inch squares.
Fold into triangles.
Toss apples with seasoning to taste. Place apples onto half of each square.
Press edges to seal.
Bake in a 400Β° oven until dough is well puffed and brown, about 15 minutes.
