Apple Tray
Apple Tray is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 large red delicious apples, unpeeled, 4 to 6 large granny smith apples, unpeeled, 2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice (about), 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Fill a bowl 3/4 full with pineapple juice.
Quarter, then core each apple.
Cut each apple slice in half (each apple will make 8 apple slices).
Drop apple slices in pineapple juice and let soak while slicing the next apple.
Swish juice over apples, then let drain on paper towels.
Arrange a tray, alternating rows of red and green apples.
