Apple Torte
Apple Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chopped, peeled apples (can be less), 3/4 c. salad oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar or 3/4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3 eggs and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside. Beat sugar, oil and extract and mix well. Add the flour mixture and stir in the nuts and raisins.
Spoon batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done (50 minutes
1 hour; insert a toothpick in center and it comes out clean).
