Apple Strudel

Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Put apples in buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Make crumbs with flour, butter and brown sugar.
Mix until little balls form. Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
Pat down.
Bake at 425° for 30 minutes; 400° for 30 minutes for glass pans.
