Apple Streudel

Cut margarine in pieces over apples.
Sprinkle with sugar, flour and cinnamon mixture.
Put on top crust.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make a paste.
