Sift together into mixing bowl the flour, salt and sugar.

Cut in butter or margarine and grated lemon rind until particles are the size of peas.

Sprinkle milk over mixture, tossing lightly with fork until dough is moist and holds together.

Divide dough in half.

Roll out half the dough to 15 x 10-inches.

(Roll dough on wax paper.)

Turn over onto ungreased baking sheet.

Peel off wax paper and bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
