Mix flour, salt and sugar together.

Cut in shortening until crumbly.

Add milk mixture and form into a ball.

Divide in half and roll into jelly roll pan size.

Place into jelly roll pan. Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar together.

Pour apple mixture onto crust.

Roll remaining crust and top apple mixture.

Cut slits in top crust.

Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour.
