Apple Spice Cake
Apple Spice Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 c. mott's applesauce, 1/2 c. water and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl.
Blend well, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer (4 minutes).
Pour in 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove.
Finish cooling on a rack.
