Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add chopped apples, nuts, raisins and vanilla.
Grease and flour 12 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
