Flour, baking powder and instant pudding mix.
Mix sugar, and oil.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately, mixing well.
Stir in apples dash of salt. Bake in 9 x 13-inch, greased and floured pan for 40 minutes in a 350Β° oven. Ice with your favorite cream cheese icing after cake cools.
