Apple Salad
Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 2 tbsp. butter and 4 large apples, peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook the first 3 ingredients until yellow and thickens (will be white with flour until it thickens). Add the butter. Cool, then add the apples, one at a time.
Pour into Pyrex dish. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top.
Add the cherries.
May be served as a dessert or salad.
