Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cups apples, chopped, 1 cup celery, chopped, 1/2 cup nuts, chopped, 1/2 cup raisins and 1/4 cup chopped cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and cut up apples.
In a mixing bowl and add celery, nuts, raisins and chopped cheese.
Last add mayonnaise and mix together.
I use American cheese.
