Apple Salad
Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with apples, as many as is needed for serving, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs, beaten well and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring vinegar to a boil.
Add sugar and flour.
Mix and add butter and milk.
Add beaten eggs a little at a time, stir.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Let cool.
Keep in refrigerator. Pour over apples when serving.
