Combine first 4 ingredients and melt together and let cool: Make a regular biscuit dough or take biscuit mix (half of a large box) and mix with water to make a dough (should be stiff).

Roll dough out to 1/4 in. thickness.

Sprinkle with cinnamon then chopped apples and last pecans.

Roll up like a Jelly Roll and cut into 1 inch slices.

Layer in 9 x 13 in. pan.

Pour first mixture over second.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Option: can use only apples or pecans.
