Apple Relish
Apple Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 hot peppers, 5 onions, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water and 14 large red apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind 2 hot peppers and 5 onions.
Add salt.
Add boiling water.
Let it stand 15 minutes; drain.
Add apples that have been chopped with the skins left on and cores removed, vinegar, sugar and a cloth bag with whole spice, cloves and cinnamon inside.
Cook 10 or 15 minutes.
Put in sterilized jars and seal.
